Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Urban Designer (Stadtplaner) Georg Jahnsen M.Sc. is able to display a multi-professional experience and expertise in university architecture, urban planning and land use planning. Mr. Jahnsens previous professional experience is on the one hand shaped by the practical work as a city planner and architect in concrete projects. On the other hand, Mr. Jahnsen has worked on several theoretical and scientifical projects as a research assistant and teacher at the University of Brunswick at the Institute for Urban Planning and as Program Manager and Professor for the iDD InteriorDesignDepartment of Raffles Design International University Mumbai, India.


Since 6 years Mr. Jahnsen is a registered city planner and member of the Chamber of Architects in Lower-Saxony, Germany (No. 17.897). Since 2011 Mr. Jahnsen is a registered planner at the CIP Canadian Institute of Planners (No. 20922)


Since April 2010 Georg Jahnsen is working for the Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as International Consultant for Urban Planning. Professionally experienced and as a socially committed specialist he is working in the field of urban design and international urban and rural development.


These professional capacities and experiences qualify Mr. Jahnsen for a variety of tasks both in Germany and internationally.
