Public Services as an important factor in Urban Planning in Mozambique
Importance of public institutions
Public institutions and private organizations with a high degree of publicity are important places for the city planning as indicators of agglomeration and centrality in the floorplan of the city. District centers and landmarks can be spotted that are well known by a large number of the cities residents. For the further development of the city in general and for the planning of infrastructure in particular, these sub-centers in which important public facilities cluster are important initialization points.

Besides each kind of activity itself a subdivision in town, district, provincial and national institutions is suitable. As already mentioned, private institutions with a high degree of publicity, such as mosques and churches or others should me included as well.
Benefits for city
This survey provides the city government with an important overview of the existing munizipal public places. Responsibilities can be clarified more easily with the various representatives of different administrative hierarchies.

Öffentliche Einrichtungen als wichtiger Parameter in der Stadtplanung in Mosambik
Bedeutung öffentlicher Einrichtungen
Öffentliche Einrichtungen, und private Einrichtungen mit einem hohen Grad an Öffentlichkeit sind für die Stadtplanung wichtige Orte als Indikatoren für Nutzungsagglomerationen und Zentralität im Stadtgrundriss. Es lassen sich Stadtteilzentren und Orientierungspunkte ablesen, die einem grossen Teil der Stadtbewohner bekannt sind. Für die weitere Entwicklung der Stadt allgemein und für die Planung der Infrastruktur im Speziellen sind diese Unterzentren in denen sich öffentliche Einrichtungen bündeln wichtige Initialisierungspunkte.
Erhebung
Für die Erhebung dieser Einrichtungen müssen zunächst Kriterien und Unterscheidungsmerkmale gefunden werden. Neben der Art der Aktivität bietet sich eine Unterteilung in städtische, distritale, Provinzeinrichtungen und nationale Einrichtungen an. Ebenso werden, wie bereits erwähnt private EInrichtungen mit einem hohen Grad an Öffentlichkeit erfasst, wie zum Beispiel Moscheen und Kirchen oder private Bildungseinrichtungen.
Nutzen für Stadt
Für die Stadtverwaltung bietet diese Erhebung einen wichtigen Überblick der im Munizip vorhandenen öffentlichen Stellen. Nicht geklärte Zuständigkeiten lassen sich mit den verschiedenen Akteuren der unterschiedlichen Verwaltungshierarchien so leichter zuordnen.

Importância das instituições públicas
As instituições públicas e organizações privadas com um alto grau de publicidade são lugares importantes para o planeamento urbano como indicadores de aglomeração e centralidade na planta da cidade. Centros distritais e locais de interesse que são bem conhecidas por um grande número dos moradores das cidades pode ser notado. Para o desenvolvimento da cidade em geral e para o planeamento de infraestrutura, em particular, estes sub centros com importantes instalações públicas são pontos importantes de inicialização para futuro processos.

Para a coleta destas instalações, critérios e características distintivas podem ser encontrados. Além de cada tipo de actividade uma subdivisão na cidade, distrito, as instituições provinciais e nacionais é adequado. Como já mencionado, as instituições privadas com um alto grau de publicidade, tais como mesquitas e igrejas ou outros devem ser incluído também.
Benefícios para a cidade
Esta pesquisa fornece a prefeitura com um panorama importante das existentes lugares públicos. As responsabilidades podem ser esclarecidas mais facilmente com os vários representantes de diferentes hierarquias administrativas.
